Weekend Workshops
Saturday August 10th and Sunday August 11th, 12:00-2:30pm, $50 each
During this weekend students will learn progressions toward the more advanced asanas. We will break down advanced backward bending, arm balances/inversions, lotus asanas, binds and leg over the head. And of course all the familiar classic 26&2 poses will be practiced in this series.
Students are not required to come with an advanced practice. Simply show up with an open mind to learn some new techniques and skills for your practice.

Aptum 84 Intermediate Series
Aptum 84 is primarily rooted in Ghosh Yoga, with some influence from other various hatha styles to make for a dynamic well rounded practice. All the 26&2 poses are done once in this practice with the introduction of some intermediate and advanced postures with drills to help students move past the beginner practice. This bridges the gap between the beginner and advanced series to make it more accessible.

I am a teacher of classical hatha yoga in the 84 tradition, yoga therapist for injuries, as well as a kettlebell & mobility coach.

Sunrise Hot Room
True 26&2, 90 Minutes
The Original Hot Yoga 26 & 2, 90 minutes beginning yoga class. For EVERY body, especially the broken body. This yoga series is all about healing injuries.
Be prepared to build up the FIRE inside of your body, in a heated room at 40 degrees celsius and 40% humidity.
A challenging class designed to work every muscle, bone, ligament and internal organ. A tremendous stretch from fingertips to toes.
Prosperity Yoga
A 90min yoga class that focuses on opening the spine, shoulders and hips.
This class is a bridge between the beginner's 26&2 practice and the classic advance 84 series.

Sunset Room Sessions
Vinyasa Flow, Mondays 6-7pm, Starting April 15th
Trained in Rishikesh India, Lindsay brings a little bit of the spirituality of yoga to the room.
Connect movement with breath for this 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class. Stretch, lengthen and strengthen through carefully timed and meditative movement.
Together we will find balance, challenge and opening. Drop In $20 or 4 Class $70
Sound Bath, Wednesdays 6-7pm, Starting April 24th
Go on an immersive journey inward. Whether you're seeking relaxation, inner peace, or a deeper connection with yourself, the soundbaths offer a restorative experience for your body, mind, and spirit.

Yin Yoga Saturdays, 2-3:15pm, Starting April 27th
Yin Yoga with Marc, a slower more meditative practice. Postures are held for longer creating space and time to turn inward.

Access the deeper tissues while focusing on areas that encompass a joint. Many yin postures are seated or reclined since they require the muscles to be fully relaxed. Drop In $20 or 4 Class $70
Yin Yoga Sundays, 6-7:15pm, Starting April 28th
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Drop In $20 or 4 Class $70
